MONTE SAN QUILEZ ROSADO

Traditional methods-blending musts from white Viura grapes with red Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes in a proportion of 3 to 1 - are used in the making of the famous San Asensio clarete (rosé). Fermentation of the clean must in stainless steel tanks under temperature control to preserve and enhace the typical clarete aromas.

TASTING NOTES: Aromatic wine of a floral, fruity with an array of subtle notes. Exclusive salmon pink colour typical of San Asensio wine. Moderately acidic freshness in the mouth bestowed with a range of flavours, with an excellent balance between acidity and bode, smooth and long.
