WINEMAKING PROCESS:

After cold settling for 24 hours, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to enhance the aroma and all the qualities of the Viura grapes and convey them in full to the wine.

TASTING NOTES:

• It displays an attractive pale yellow color with greenish highlights, clean and bright.
• On the nose, it is elegant and expressive, combining complexity and subtlety. Tropical aromas and citrus notes stand out, accompanied by a pleasant presence of white fruit such as pear and white peach.
• On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with an agile, clearly fruity mouthfeel. Well-integrated acidity provides vibrancy and a refreshing sensation.
• The finish is persistent and appealing, leaving a mineral aftertaste that invites another sip.
