GRAPE VARIETY: 100% TEMPRANILLO.
WINE-MAKING PROCESS:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature control and smooth daily pump-overs so as to enhance the extraction of the frank colours and aromas characteristic of San Asensio red wine.
TASTING NOTES
- COLOUR: Medium-depth violet red.
- AROMA: Wild red berries, cherry, and liquorice.
- TASTE: Smooth entry, round mouthfeel with sweet tannins.
- AFTERTASTE: Fresh, long, and fruity.
PAIRING: All kinds of meats, game and cheeses
- Degree: 14,0% Vol.
- Botell of 75 cl.
- Contains sulfites.
- Storage: In a cool, dry place away from the light
- Recommended consumption temperature: 15-17ºC
