ARCA DE NOÉ TEMPRANILLO BLANCO Blanco is a special wine that bears the hallmark of our new generations. Made with a grape variety that is only found in Rioja, it is grown at altitude in vineyards at over 600m above sea level.
TYPE AND VINTAGE: Young white Wine 2023 D.O.Ca. RIOJA.
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo Blanco.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
After cold settling for 24 hours, fermentation of the clean must with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks so as to enhance the aroma and all the qualities of the white Tempranillo and convey them faithfully to the wine.
TASTING NOTES
- COLOUR: Straw yellow.
- AROMA: Very pronounced aroma of the fruit and flowers (pineapple pears, mangoes, white rose petals, lilies…).
- TASTE: Sticky and sweet followed by a fresh tang with lingering tropical fruit with citrus fruits.
- AFTERTASTE: Enveloping finish with a good acidity/alcohol balance that intensifies its freshness and youth.
- Degree: 12.5 % Vol.
- Botell of 75 cl.
- Contains sulfites.
- Recommended consumption temperature: 8-10ºC
- Storage: In a cool, dry place away from the light.
